When you submit the contact or booking form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the type of service you're enquiring about, your preferred date, the shoot location, and any message you include. We only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, deliver the service.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver bookings, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.

Third parties

This site uses a small number of third-party services:

• Netlify Forms processes and stores contact form submissions on our behalf.
• Plausible Analytics provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics — it does not track individuals or store personal data.
• Vimeo / YouTube may be used to host video content in the Gallery. Videos only load when you actively choose to play them; at that point, the relevant platform's own privacy policy applies.

Data storage & security

Your information is stored securely with our service providers and is only accessed by BAY 360 to respond to and fulfil your enquiry or booking. We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, and you can lodge a complaint if you believe your privacy has been breached. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics are collected via Plausible, which is cookie-free by design.
